The Plants Of The Rocky Lights Railroad

The plants in the railroad consist of both annual and perennials. We are in zone 4 to 5, with a 5 being closer due to a microclimate provided by a high fence surrounding the layout. There are bulbs which come up in the spring and fade quickly and perennials which come up in the spring and last all season. We also have several deciduous trees and evergreens as well. We have begun to acquire a group of Miniature and Dwarf Hostas that are doing very well.
